Thanks for info Michelle and the peds site...will tell my patients about it. Personally, the methylation info with Dr. Gordon and Dr. Yasko is something I want to research more.

I just read in the economist that omega 3 fish oil is good for chicks that are preggers too.

If by "chicks who are preggers" you mean women who are pregnant then yes, Omega's are great...specifially those with higher DHA, which has great neurological benefits for the baby. You can now find DHA and ARA fortified formula too.
With Omega's you want to look at the EPA/EFA/DHA ratios. For people taking fish oils for cardiovascular health, higher EPA's are beneficial. However, even with fish oils there are precautions since they can act as blood thinners.
